Prior to joining Inogen, Kevin served as General Counsel for Sirtex Medical, and previously Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Flexion Therapeutics, and also previously General Counsel for the Danaher Life Sciences Platform. Before that, Kevin held several senior legal leadership positions within Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Basel and Cambridge, including as the General Counsel for the Novartis Molecular Diagnostics Unit. Before moving in-house, Kevin worked for multinational law firms in New York, Silicon Valley, and London.

Sylvia brings over 25 years of experience working as a project manager, strategic planner, and educator. She presently serves as the Director of the North Carolina Pro Bono Resource Center. Prior to this role, Sylvia worked for nearly 20 years at the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she last held the role of Assistant Dean for Public Service Programs.
