The National Immigration Habeas Institute (NIHI), a collaboration between the National Immigration Litigation Alliance and Cardozo Law School, is hosting an intensive, in-person habeas training at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Colorado, on September 28-29. This is a 2-day training includes lectures, mock argument, and interactive small group discussions, and will focus on Tenth Circuit law. The training is FREE! In return, participants must agree to litigate one pro bono habeas for either their own client or an external referral, with NIHI mentorship if desired. Apply here.
