USCIS Whistleblower Claims the Agency’s A-File FOIA Processing Tactics Violate the FOIA and the Nationwide Permanent Injunction in Nightingale Class Action

 A December 19, 2025, whistleblower disclosure entitled “Protected Whistleblower Disclosure Regarding USCIS Violations of the Freedom of Information Act, Regulations, and Nightingale Court Order” contains an alarming description of USCIS’ efforts to “fake” compliance with a nationwide permanent injunction governing the release of immigration case files under the Freedom of Information Act.
